Through the online submission system, by 15 September 2026. Acceptance notices go out on 30 September. Accepted abstracts are scheduled for oral or poster presentation.

Through the same system, by 20 October 2026. Upload both a Word file and a PDF; LaTeX is not accepted. Papers run 4 to 8 pages in the Engineering Proceedings template.
Register and present
Early registration closes with the full-paper deadline. Present in Yunlin, or choose “Online presentation” in the registration system to present virtually.

Papers must read well in English. Papers that do not pass the Program Committee review may be returned for professional English editing before acceptance. Where papers are published is described on the home page.
